We have been training and coaching community sector workers for the last decade. Recently we have notice that we use similar skills when talking with our adult children. This has motivated us to offer a free workshop on ‘How to Talk With Your Adult Kids’.

We will draw on our experience and the wisdom of experts such as Stephen Covey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People), Charles Duhigg (SuperCommunicators) and Marshal Rosenberg (Nonviolent Communication). Expect to leave with some practical tools that will improve your communication with your grown up kids.
