At Impact Facilitation we understand the role that professional development plays in improving work performance and the importance of ensuring that resources are used wisely. In your customised Skills Blueprint, we will undertake a comprehensive assessment and mapping process to identify the performance issues of your team or individual workers, map these to team goals and suggest effective solutions.
 
This process is tailored for the needs of your organisation but can include any of the following components:
  • Reviewing job descriptions, training materials, and industry documents related to your work area to identify the required skills for effective service delivery.
  • Undertaking an assessment of the skills of individual team members to identify areas of strength and challenges.
  • Documenting a process for improving the needs of the individual team members and the team as a whole.
  • Providing the learning opportunities needed, or suggesting other options. This could include delivering a series of workshops, or any of the additional services listed in the Other Services section below.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the learning and associated work improvements.
